Institutional asset management is where Cynthia has spent the majority of her career, overseeing multifamily and industrial portfolios across leasing, operations, capital improvement programs, and business plan execution at scale. That operating discipline forms the foundation of how Community Capital U.S. approaches asset management and advisory assignments.

Her background spans the housing spectrum from garden through Class A high-rise assets across some of the industry's most demanding institutional platforms. She understands what distinguishes a well-run asset from an underperforming one, and what it takes to close that gap.

Her commercial appraisal experience adds an independent valuation perspective, strengthening the evaluation of value and risk and informing acquisition underwriting, capital allocation, and disposition decisions with the same rigor applied to day-to-day operations.

Since the early 2000s, David has focused on commercial real estate credit and the stewardship of institutional capital across the full life cycle of securitized, syndicated, and whole loans. His career has included underwriting and originating private credit, managing performing and non-performing loan portfolios, and making owner-level decisions on behalf of agency, CMBS, and institutional lenders through recapitalizations, restructurings, workouts, and recoveries across multiple market cycles.

That perspective informs Community Capital U.S.'s approach to advisory, financing, investment, and special situations, bringing insight from the lender, investor, and ownership sides of the capital stack.
